Trouble signing in
Students and parents sign in with the email their school invited. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen, or email us and we’ll help you regain access.
Submitting or reviewing a quest
If a video, photo, or link won’t upload, check your connection and try again. If the problem continues, email us with the student’s name, school, and what you were trying to submit.
Billing and account questions
School admins can manage subscriptions from the Billing page in the admin portal. For anything else — invoices, plan changes, or account questions — email us directly.
